I was so excited I got everything ready to go! I have always wanted to learn how to make her the cutest tutus and show her off in them. Just recently I bought supplies online to make my very first one! If it turns out good, Ive decided to make some to sell to those who don't know how. I am very excited, and waiting upon my first bunch of tulle.
